Cost $35
Online Registration is open until February 12, 2016. General Registration cost is $120, and Primary Speaker Registration is $80 (one primary speaker per session). Both include lunch on Friday, and a complementary 1-year VCTM membership. For those who are current members, membership will be extended one year. The cost of the awards banquet is an additional $35.
We regret that we cannot provide refunds, but your registration CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON. Contact vctmath@gmail.com if you need to transfer registration to someone else.
After February 12, you must register ON SITE at $150 per person.
Hotel Information
Several hotels within 3 miles of UMW have blocked rooms for conference attendees. Hotel rates include breakfast. To reserve a room, call the hotel directly and mention that you are attending the VCTM Conference.
