Registration Instructions - Please Read!
When prompted for a primary email address - please use the email address of the person attending the conference. If you are not the person attending and need a copy of the invoice for your records, please contact info@vctm.org.
Individual Registration Costs:
Early-bird Rates (applies through March 1, 2025): $250
Regular Rate (applies from March 2 - June 1): $275
On-site Registration (applies after June 1): $300
Group Registration can be accessed if you have 5 or more registrations from the same school. To apply this rate, select register. When prompted, enter the email address of someone attending the conference as the primary email address. After providing registration information, select "add guest" at the bottom to enter the information for the second person attending the conference. Repeat this process until you have a minimum of five people attending. Please make sure you have contact information for all of your guests before proceeding.
We regret that we cannot provide refunds, but your registration can be transferred to another person.
