VCTM 2024 Annual Conference

Base fee:

Complimentary Registration
Individual Registration, early-bird rate – $150.00
Registration for conference attendees and all secondary speakers. Early-bird registration is available through March 31.
Individual Registration, regular rate – $175.00
Primary Speaker Registration – $120.00
ONE speaker per session may register at the discounted rate of $120.
Student (FULL TIME) Registration – $120.00
You must be a full time student/pre-service teacher to register here. Teachers who are attending graduate school while still working do not qualify for student registration rates.

Registration Costs:

Early-bird Registration (applies through March 31, 2024): $150
Individual Registration Rate (applies April 1 - June 1, 2024): $175 .
Walk-in Registration Rate (applies after June 1): $200
Primary Speaker Registration: $120. One speaker from each session may register at this rate.
Student Registration: $120. Full-time students (preservice teachers) only may register at this rate.
Group Registration rate (5 or more teachers from the same school division): $130. Contact info@vctm.org to receive this rate.

All Registration Types Include:

We regret that we cannot provide refunds, but your registration can be transferred to another person.
