Exhibiting at the 2026 Conference

We look forward to welcoming everyone at one of the three levels:

Gold Sponsor (limit of 3) - $5,000 - Benefits:  Exhibitor table during the pre-conference at the conference host hotel. Exhibitor table at the conference site, recognition on VCTM website, access to the distribution list of attendees. This level covers registration for two on-site representatives.  Additional on-site representatives may be added for a cost of $150 per person.  

Silver Sponsor (limit of 2) - $3,000 - Benefits:  Exhibitor Table at the conference site, 5 min presentation during lunch, recognition on VCTM website, access to the distribution list of attendees. This level covers registration for two on-site representatives. Additional on-site representatives may be added for a cost of $150 per person. 

Bronze Sponsor - $1,500 - Benefits:  Exhibitor Table at the conference site, acknowledgment during business meeting, recognition on VCTM website, access to distribution list of attendees. This level covers registration for one on-site representatives. Additional on-site representatives may be added for a cost of $150 per person.
