Exhibiting at the 2025 Conference

We look forward to welcoming everyone at one of the three levels:

Gold Sponsor (limit of 5) - $5,000 - Benefits:  Vendor Table, 10 min presentation during lunch, recognition on VCTM website, access to the distribution list of attendees. This level covers registration for two on-site representatives.  Additional on-site representatives may be added for a cost of $150 per person. 

Silver Sponsor (limit of 5) - $3,000 - Benefits:  Vendor Table, 5 min presentation during lunch or during  one of the Lighthouse Learning Social events, recognition on VCTM website, access to the distribution list of attendees. This level covers registration for two on-site representatives. Additional on-site representatives may be added for a cost of $150 per person. 

Bronze Sponsor - $1,500 - Benefits:  Vendor Table, acknowledgment during business meeting, recognition on VCTM website, access to distribution list of attendees. This level covers registration for one on-site representatives. Additional on-site representatives may be added for a cost of $150 per person.
