Registration

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • 6 ft table and 1 chair included in this price. If you wish to reserve more than one table, you can request additional tables below under "guest registration". For example, 1 additional table = 1 "guest"; 2 additional tables = 2 "guests".
  • This is for non-profit organizations or companies with 4 or fewer total employees.

    If you need additional tables, you can indicate that under "guest registrations." Please note additional tables are at the base rate of $400.
  • Please contact vctmath@gmail.com for sponsorship opportunities.

Fee Schedule:

Regular Exhibitors

  • $400 per table
Non-Profit Exhibitors -or- Exhibitors with 4 or fewer employees
  • $200 for a first table (additional tables are $400).

Conference Ads

  • Anyone who has requested an advertisement in the conference program should send the advertisement to vctmath@gmail.com.
